The more pasta the better, at least for National Noodle Month. These pastas are so good and the easiest, which will you try this month?
Plain Noodles

Also known as buttered noodles. Noodle lovers are going to tell you that (any) noodles with butter is the ultimate snack, side dish, or Hell, even meal. Add some cracked pepper and salt to finish, or a sprinkle of parmesan, whatever you like. Just make sure it starts with butter and you’ve got it.
Pasta, Peas, and Parmesan Cheese
This is probably my most favorite pasta dish ever, and for good reason. First, roast some garlic. Add a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast garlic cloves in a small baking dish or in aluminum foil for about an hour at 350 or until you can pierce the garlic with a fork. After, smush the garlic and add olive oil, butter salt and pepper to make a garlic sauce. Add the sauce to the pasta, along with thawed and warmed frozen peas and Parmesan cheese. (For this recipe, use the shake Parmesan.) There you have it. If you try this, let me know how it is.
Marinara

For a quick and delicious marinara, sauté some onions and garlic in a skillet pan. Add oregano and basil, salt and pepper, and tomato sauce to the pan and let it simmer and come together for at least an hour. If you like a chunky marinara, leave it as such and add it to your pasta with some Parmigiano Reggiano. For a smooth marinara, blend it until the chunks are gone and then pour it over your pasta.
Mac and Cheese
Stove top mac and cheese comes together quickly and tastes good, too. Boil your noodles according to the directions and add softened butter, milk or cream and whatever cheese you want, plus a small handful of Parmesan. This will give it an extra kick of salt and flavor. Mix it all together and enjoy your quick and creamy pasta.
Skillet Pasta
That is a one skillet, and a pasta dinner, all in one. Talk about a win-win. To a skillet add 1 ¼ cup water and 8 ounces of pasta. To that add a can of diced tomatoes, including the juices, a can of tomato sauce, a pound of cooked Italian sausage, and a cup of your favorite Italian cheese, to be sprinkled in at the end. Bring all the ingredients to a boil in the pan and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked to al dente. Take it off the heat and add your cheese. Enjoy!
Pasta Aglio e Olio
All you need is olive oil, garlic, pasta, and chili flakes to make this iconic dish. People love the flavors of this dish, and how fast and easy it comes together. Add some fresh parsley on top and enjoy.
Feta Pasta
This dish got traction on TikTok and has taken over the internet since. A block of Feta, added to a baking dish with olive oil, salt and pepper, and a container of cherry tomatoes, all baked together, and it’s done. Well, stir it and add your pasta, and then it’s done. People are putting their own spin on this dish adding greens, proteins, and even nuts or other seeds.
Add Ons
Here are the best things to add to your noodles, and while some of them have already been mentioned, they are all worth mentioning once more.
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Fresh Herbs
- Olive oil
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Shredded Italian cheese
These are some pasta recipes that come together in a flash and are fantastic. Which one will you try first, or maybe enjoy again?
